I studied fashion design and worked first as a designer before transitioning into junior, senior, and head of buying roles. I have first-hand experience using the skills and competencies you need to excel in the fashion-buying industry.

Fast forward to today, and I still see a huge gap between the knowledge and skillsets of graduates starting out and what the industry demands for success. That same gap also applies to professionals looking to transition into a fashion-buying role.
